• TEST ALARM SYSTEM ONCE A WEEK
• Test smoke detectors weekly
• Agree on a specific meeting place outside your house or business in case of fire
• Use timers to turn lights ON or OFF daily if the premises are unoccupied
• Lock doors and windows
• If you have a security system, Electric Power and Telephone service MUST REMAIN ON at

all times and cannot be put on Winter Service or shut off
• If you do not have telephone service we can install a long range wireless transmitter
• Test security system after any work has been done on your phone lines
